Honey-Citrus Vinaigrette

This dressing has an amazing sweet and tangy flavor combination that works as well drizzled over grilled proteins as it does drilled over a salad. I’ve even added extra garlic and cumin and used it as a marinade for chicken. It’s fantastic on salads like this Strawberry Mango Chicken Salad, or try it over mixed greens, avocado, red onions, and this Spicy Honey Chicken.

Questions & Reviews

  1. Did the easy route on this last night – garlic and onion flakes out of the spice rack – and used orange juice from a jug (although it was good Columbia Gorge style “freshly squeezed”) and the dressing was still great. I went light on the cumin and could still taste it.

  2. I just made this dressing for a mango, pork, cucumber, carrot, & fetta salad. It was so good and very healthy. I used canola oil and didn’t add the onion to it. Such a keeper.
