Super quick and easy fruit dip that tastes like cheesecake--made with Biscoff cookie spread. Great on apples!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Biscoff cookie spread or other brands
  • 4 ounces cream cheese light cream cheese works great
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Place ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix with an electric mixer on high speed for 1-2 minutes or until very light and fluffy. Serve with sliced apples (or other fruit.)
