Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake

An easy protein shake packed with healthy ingredients to get your day started off right!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups ice plus milk of your choice to fill up the measuring cup
  • 1/4-1/3 of a medium frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder I use Ideal Lean
  • optional: 1 1/2 tablespoons oats
  • optional: 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  • Blend everything together until smooth!
