Creamy Apple Cider Slushy
Creamy, slushie, fizzy, and full of flavor! This recipe involves eyeballing- I'll give you approximates, just adjust to your tastes! Note: I use an ice shaver to create my slushy. If you don't have one, feel free to simply make this drink without it, or you could place some apple cider in a blender with ice cubes and process until slushy.

Approximate measurements. Measure with your heart!
- 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
- ½ cup shaved ice
- ¾ cup fresh apple cider not juice
- ¼ cup soda water or apple soda
- ½ tablespoon caramel flavor syrup coffee syrup, like torani
- 1 tablespoon flavored coffee creamer or half and half optional
- ½ tablespoon caramel sauce optional
Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream in a cup.
Fill cup mostly full (about ¾ the way up ) with shave ice
Pour apple cider in cup until it reaches about half-way
Add a little shot of caramel coffee syrup (about ½-1 tablespoon depending on the size of your cup)
Fill cup almost to top with your fizzy beverage of choice.
Add a drizzle of creamer.
Finish off with a drizzle of caramel sauce/caramel topping.
- No shaved ice machine? Pop your cider in the blender with some ice, pour it over the ice cream, and follow the rest of the recipe as written.
