Warm marshmallows and peppermint-chocolate squares sandwiched between crisp grahams combine for a festive twist on a camp-classic s'more. No fire pit required!
Preheat oven to 400℉ (OR if you prefer, you can pop these in the microwave)
Break graham crackers in half and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Tip: Because different brands of marshmallows and peppermint bark melt at different paces, you may consider melting the half your grahams with peppermint bark first, removing them, and then warming the halves with marshmallows by themselves.Then sandwich them together perfectly heated.Place a square of peppermint bark on half the graham crackers and a marshmallow (or multiple marshmallows) on the other halves.
Place in the preheated oven for 30 seconds- 1 minute, more if needed, for chocolate to melt at least partially and marshmallows to puff up.
