Instructions
Spread each slice of bread with desired amount of mayo or sandwich spread.
Top both slices with cheese
Add turkey, layer tomatoes and sprinkle with pepper. Add artichokes and then close sandwich.
Heat a panini press or a skillet to medium-low heat. You can drizzle the outside of your sandwich with olive oil, or spread butter, or if using a skillet, you can generously butter your skillet. Toast each side of sandwich until golden brown and cheese is melted.
