Sparkling Citrus Punch

This quick and easy Sparkling Citrus Punch is perfect for breakfast or brunch!

Ingredients

  • 1 1-liter bottle of chilled non-alcoholic margarita mix check to see if it has orange juice in it; if it does, omit the orange juice listed in the ingredients
  • ½ cup orange juice optional; add if your margarita mix doesn't have orange juice or if you want an orange-ier drink
  • 1 12-ounce chilled can or bottle of sparkling water Sprite, or ginger ale
  • 1 orange washed and thinly sliced
  • 1 lime washed and thinly sliced
  • fresh raspberries washed (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, combine the margarita mix and orange slices. Right before serving, add sparkling water/sprite, lime slices, and raspberries. Serve over lots of ice.

Notes

This punch is best consumed freshly mixed. If you have leftovers, store them in the fridge. While safe to drink for several days, leftovers will be best the same day before the carbonation wears off.
