"TikTok Ramen" is a delicious, easy way to amp up regular ramen noodles. Savory, garlicky, and a little sweet and spicy, this has become one of my family's favorite dinners!
Bring a large pot of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Whisk together the soy sauce, water, brown sugar, and sriracha and set aside.
While the water is boiling and the noodles are cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. When the butter is bubbly, add the garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the the soy sauce mixture. Cook until bubbly (about 1 minute). Add the noodles and stir to coat completely.
Reduce the heat to medium and push the noodles to 1 side of the pan. If necessary, add a little more butter to the pan. If you'd like fried eggs, carefully crack the eggs into the pan. If you'd like scrambled eggs, whisk them together with a little water, then pour them into the pan.
Divide the noodles among 4 bowls. Sprinkle with green onions and Everything seasoning. Add egg and, if desired, additional sriracha.
